Privacy Policy - the basics

🚚 Shipping Policy

At TruLux Kurtour x Dollhouse, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to reflect movement.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues.

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot replace or refund items once they are scanned as delivered.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

💳 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review your claim and determine the best resolution. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not qualify for replacement.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns for sizing issues, as all shapewear and body products are final sale for hygiene protection.

  • Services booked (body contouring, etc.) are non-refundable. Rescheduling policies may apply depending on your booking rules.

📅 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

At TruLux Kurtour x Dollhouse, we value your time and ours. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policies before booking.

1. Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot. The deposit will be applied to your total service cost at the time of your appointment.

Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstance.

2. Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full deposit being forfeited.

  • No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount and may result in being blocked from future bookings.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment one time if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.

  • A new deposit will be required to rebook after a missed or late-rescheduled appointment.

4. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened service time.

  • Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.

5. Illness or Emergency

We understand emergencies happen. If you must cancel due to illness or a verified emergency, please contact us immediately. Accommodation is at the owner’s discretion and is not guaranteed.

6. Refunds

All payments and deposits are final. We do not offer refunds on services, deposits, or missed appointments.

7. By Booking, You Agree

By booking any service with TruLux Kurtour x Dollhouse, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed above.
